本ゲストハウス「ゲストハウス建築」（以下「当施設」といいます）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。当施設では、すべてのお客様に安心・快適にお過ごしいただくため、以下の規約を設けております。ご予約およびご宿泊の前に必ずご一読ください。
 Thank you for choosing Guesthouse Kenchiku (hereinafter referred to as “the Facility”). To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all guests, we have established the following rules and guidelines. Please read them carefully before making a reservation and staying with us. 

1. ご予約について / Reservations 

当施設は1日1組限定・貸切型の簡易宿泊所です。
 The Facility is a private-use accommodation limited to one group per day. 

ご予約は公式サイトまたは電話、予約サイトを通じて承ります。
 Reservations can be made through our official website, by phone, or via booking platforms. 

ご予約は、当施設からの確認連絡をもって確定となります。
 Your reservation will be confirmed upon receiving a confirmation message from us. 

【キャンセルポリシー】
 [Cancellation Policy] 

・ご宿泊日の7日前まで：無料
 - Up to 7 days before check-in: Free 

・6日前〜2日前まで：宿泊料金の50%
 - 6 to 2 days before check-in: 50% of the accommodation fee 

・前日・当日・無連絡：宿泊料金の100%
 - The day before, same day, or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee 

2. チェックイン・チェックアウト / Check-in & Check-out 

チェックイン時間：15:00〜18:00（土日祝18時以降は無人チェックイン）
 Check-in time: 15:00–18:00 (Self-check-in applies after 18:00 on weekends and holidays) 

チェックアウト時間：〜11:00
 Check-out time: by 11:00 

18時以降のチェックインは、タッチキーでの無人チェックイン対応となります。
 For check-ins after 18:00, self-check-in using a touch key will be required. 

暗証番号を入力することでドアが解除されます。チェックイン後、メールにてご連絡をお願いします。
 The door can be unlocked by entering a PIN code. Please contact us via email after checking in. 

チェックアウト時間：〜11:00
 Check-out time: by 11:00 

時間外対応は原則お受けできませんが、事前相談にて調整できる場合がございます。
 Late or early check-in/out is generally not accepted but may be arranged in advance. 

3. ペットとのご宿泊について / Staying with Pets 

ペットとご一緒に宿泊いただけます（犬・猫など）。
 Pets such as dogs and cats are welcome. 

以下のルールをお守りください：
 Please follow these rules: 

・トイレのしつけができていること
 - Pets must be toilet-trained. 

・ベッド・寝具への乗せ入れは禁止
 - Do not allow pets on beds or bedding. 

・室内で放す際は目を離さないようお願いします
 - Always supervise your pet indoors. 

・鳴き声などにより近隣に迷惑をかける場合は、外出や対応をお願いすることがあります
 - Please take action if your pet’s noise disturbs neighbors. 

・敷地内や周辺での排泄物の始末・マナー厳守
 - Always clean up after your pet inside and outside the premises. 

※ペットによる施設の損傷・清掃費用が発生した場合は、実費にてご請求させていただきます。
 * Damages or extra cleaning due to pets may be charged at cost. 

4. ご利用上の注意事項 / House Rules 

室内は【全面禁煙】です（屋外の指定場所をご利用ください）。
 Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (please use designated outdoor areas). 

許可のない火気の使用（花火・たき火・焚き火台など）は禁止です。
 Unauthorized use of fire (e.g., fireworks, bonfires) is prohibited. 

外部からの訪問者の立ち入りはご遠慮ください（やむを得ない場合は事前にご連絡ください）。
 Visitors not staying at the property are not allowed without prior notice. 

大きな音や騒音につながる行為は禁止します。
 Please refrain from making loud noises or causing disturbances. 

5. 設備・備品の利用について / Use of Facilities & Amenities 

当施設では以下の設備をご自由にご利用いただけます：
 You may freely use the following facilities: 

・キッチン（コンロ・電子レンジ・調理器具・食器等）
 - Kitchen (stove, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes, etc.) 

・シャワールーム
 - Shower room 

・洗面所
 - Washroom 

・トイレ
 - Toilet 

・洗濯機（洗剤もご用意しています）
 - Washing machine (detergent provided) 

【ご利用ルール】

・洗濯機はいつでもご利用いただけます。
 - The washing machine is available for use at any time. 

・使用後は清掃・片付けを行い、次の利用者が気持ちよく使えるようご配慮ください
 - Please clean up after use so the next guests can enjoy the facility. 

・排水口への異物の流入はお控えください
 - Do not dispose of foreign objects in drains. 

・調理器具や食器は洗浄・乾燥し、元の場所へお戻しください
 - Wash and dry all kitchenware and return them to their original place. 

・シャワーは節水にご協力ください。排水口の髪の毛なども処理をお願いします
 - Please conserve water and clean hair from the drain after showering. 

・備品・設備の破損・紛失があった場合は実費をご負担いただく場合がございます。
 - Damage or loss of items may be charged at actual cost. 

6. 貴重品の管理 / Valuables 

室内に金庫などはございません。貴重品は各自で責任を持って管理してください。
 There is no safe in the room. Please manage your valuables responsibly. 

盗難・紛失等に関して、当施設では責任を負いかねます。
 The Facility is not responsible for theft or loss. 

7. 緊急時の対応 / Emergency Procedures 

火災・地震・停電などの緊急時は、速やかに安全な場所へ避難し、施設スタッフへご連絡ください。
 In case of fire, earthquake, or blackout, evacuate promptly and contact staff. 

非常口・避難経路は、チェックイン時に必ずご確認ください。
 Please confirm emergency exits and evacuation routes upon check-in. 

8. 個人情報の取り扱い / Personal Information 

ご提供いただいた個人情報は、法令を遵守し、安全に管理いたします。
 Your personal information will be handled in accordance with relevant laws. 

宿泊者名簿の提出は旅館業法に基づき義務となっております。
 Guest registration is required under Japanese hotel regulations. 

9. 規約違反について / Breach of Rules 

利用規約に違反された場合、即時退去をお願いすることがあります。その際の料金返金には応じかねます。
 Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
